The God of Hope

Romans 15:13: Now may the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you may be abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (NKJV)

1 Timothy 6:17-18 – Trust in the living God, who giveth us richly all thing to enjoy

• Be ready to give and willing to share
• God does not give us anything bad
• He gives us all good things therefore, if its bad, it did not come from God

Psalms 42:1 – Why art thou cast down, O my soul

• We are not to be worried or anxious
• We are to have hope in God
• We are to praise Him, even when we don’t feel like doing it; praise God anyway. Praise Him for what you do have

Psalms 71:5 – 6 – For You are my hope, O Lord God… By You I have been upheld from birth; You are He who took me out of my mother’s womb. My praise shall be continually of You

• God was watching over us while we were in our mother’s wombs, and He is still holding us up.
• That alone is worth praising God

Prayer

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, THANK YOU for giving me hope. THANK YOU that things are not worse in my life. My trust in You ensures me that every situation and circumstance is getting better. My faith lies in You. THANK YOU for giving me all good things. AMEN!
